1. The site

SpamBuilder is an unofficial fan project for the SPAM card game. It is not published, endorsed by or affiliated with the game’s publisher.

It lets you plan, share and update builds, and browse the game’s cards and Skills.

2. Game data

The game’s cards, Skills, texts, artwork, names and other data do not belong to SpamBuilder: they remain the property of their owners. They are shown here for players’ information, and these terms give you no rights over them.

To reuse game data, contact its owners, not SpamBuilder.

3. Builds and site content

The builds published on SpamBuilder, their texts (descriptions, strengths and weaknesses, explanations), the database they form, and the site’s design and code are protected and belong to SpamBuilder, unless stated otherwise.

You may view them, share them through their link and take inspiration from them to play. Any other reproduction, extraction, republication or reuse, in whole or in part, requires prior written permission.

By publishing a build, you confirm that you have the right to publish its content and you allow SpamBuilder to display, store and present it on the site.

4. No automated collection

You must not use a bot, script, automated browser or any other automatic means to browse the site or to extract or copy its data (scraping, crawling, harvesting), and you must not query the site’s API other than through the site’s own interface.

In particular, you must not build a database, dataset or competing service from the site’s content, use it to train or feed an artificial intelligence model, bypass rate limits, protections or access restrictions, or create accounts automatically.

Only search engines that respect the site’s robots.txt file may index it, in order to link to its pages.

Access that breaks these rules may be blocked without notice, the accounts involved suspended or deleted, and any extracted content must be deleted. SpamBuilder reserves the right to take any action to enforce its rights.

5. Your account

You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Do not share it, and do not publish content that is illegal, offensive or infringes others’ rights.

SpamBuilder may remove content or suspend an account that does not comply with these terms.

6. Availability and liability

The site is provided as is, without warranty. It may be interrupted or changed at any time, and the game data shown may be incomplete or behind the game’s latest version.

To the extent permitted by law, SpamBuilder is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site.

7. Changes

These terms may change. The date of the last update is at the top of the page; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
